If these Terms differ from the general WDSAI Terms of Use in relation to fellow.wdsai.org, these Terms will apply.
WDSAI may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
The website enables users to apply or nominate faculty, access the Fellows’ dashboard, participate in Exchange activities, submit Implementation Notes and Practice Papers, propose voluntary contributions, and verify Fellowships conferred by WDSAI.
Public Fellowship records and published Practice Papers may be viewed, downloaded, or printed for legitimate academic, institutional, professional, or Fellowship verification purposes.
A verified Fellowship record confirms only the information displayed on the website. It does not confirm current employment, institutional affiliation, professional suitability, or eligibility for employment, promotion, academic credit, or any other benefit.
The live record on the website should be used for current verification. Printed copies, downloaded records, and screenshots may become outdated.
Submitting an application, referral, or nomination does not guarantee entry into the Exchange. Fellowship is conferred only after the applicable participation and completion requirements have been met.
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and should notify WDSAI if they become aware of unauthorized account access.
Implementation Notes are required submissions used to confirm completion of the relevant core areas. They are not publicly accessible and do not appear in the Register of Fellows.
An accepted Practice Paper is required for Fellowship conferral. Publication is optional and will take place only with the author’s permission.
Authors retain ownership of their submitted work and are responsible for its originality, accuracy, references, permissions, and lawful use. By submitting work, the author permits WDSAI to store and review it for the administration of the Faculty Excellence Exchange. Where publication is chosen, the author permits WDSAI to host, publish, display, distribute, and archive the accepted Practice Paper under the author’s name and institution.
Article pitches and session proposals are voluntary. WDSAI may review these submissions and contact the contributor about their possible development. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, or inclusion in a future Exchange cycle.
Except for the uses permitted under Section 1, website content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, verification features, and supporting materials may not be reproduced or used without authorization from WDSAI or the relevant rights holder.

WDSAI takes reasonable steps to maintain accurate records. A record may be corrected, updated, restricted, or removed to address an error, discrepancy, misuse, or legal requirement.
WDSAI does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from technical, administrative, or typographical errors.
WDSAI may update, suspend, or modify the website and these Terms for operational, security, legal, or administrative reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute relating to these Terms or use of the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
